University of Cincinnati men's basketball coach Mick Cronin has been named a semifinalist for the Werner Ladder Naismith Men's College Coach of the Year.

Cronin was one of 10 semifinalist named by the Atlanta Tipoff Club on Friday.

The American's baseball teams are off to a 20-11 start to the 2018 season and prepares for 27 games this weekend. The conference's .645 winning percentage ranks third among the 31 Division I conferences.
