Following standout performances this past week, Old Dominion OF/INF Andy Garriola and Charlotte RHP Cameron Hansen brought home C-USA baseball’s weekly awards, the league announced on Monday.

Garriola helped lead the 16-2 Monarchs to a 3-1 week and a league series victory with some major offensive production in wins over East Carolina and two-of-three over Middle Tennessee. Hansen shut down WKU in a win on Saturday for the 49ers that at the time evened the series with the Hilltoppers, which Charlotte ultimately won. The 2022 C-USA Players of the Week awards are presented by Surf & Turf Golf.
