The Wisconsin men's basketball team earned itself a win over Lehigh with a 78-56 victory at the Kohl Center on Thursday night.

Junior forward Steven Crowl led the way offensively for the Badgers (9-2, 2-0 Big Ten), scoring a team-high 15 points, shooting 6-for-11 from the floor, while adding five rebounds and four assists.

Jordan Davis scored 14 points, leading the team with four 3-pointers on the night, shooting 66.7 percent (4-for-6) from behind the arc. 

Connor Essegian added 13 points off the bench for the Badgers, going 50 percent from the floor, while also grabbing four boards.

Senior forward Tyler Wahl rounded out double-digit scorers finishing with 13 points, seven rebounds, four assists and two steals.

Lehigh held a lead at halftime, after Evan Taylor hit a go-ahead 3 with 28 seconds left in the first half to give Lehigh a 32-31 lead at the break. The Mountain Hakws shot 56 percent from the floor in the first frame, out-pacing the Badgers who shot 39 percent from the field.

Thanks to back-to-back 3s from Essegian, a 3 From Max Klesmit, and a layup from Wahl, Wisconsin ripped off an 11-0 run and turned a 43-38 deficit with 13:56 left in the game into a 49-43 lead in the second half.

The Badgers rallied, as they picked up their shooting and hit 19-of-29 field goals (65.5%), including 6-for-11 from 3-point range. UW also controlled the rebound game, grabbing 34 boards to Lehigh's 20.

Next up, Wisconsin continues non-conference play hosting Grambling State at the Kohl Center next Friday, Dec. 23. Tip is set for 8 p.m. CT on Big Ten Network.
