The Arkansas State University Board of Trustees voted recently to name A-State's football field "Allison Field" and its future north end zone facility "Centennial Bank Athletics Operations Center" in recognition of a combined $10 million from the Johnny Allison family and Centennial Bank to the Red Wolves Foundation. In 2014, Allison, founder and chairman of Home BancShares, made a $5 million contribution to the Red Wolves Foundation that matches his latest personal gift commitment as the largest in A-State history.

Arkansas State junior quarterback Justice Hansen has been named the Sun Belt Conference Offensive Player of the Week after he set school records in passing yards and total offense and posting a career-high in total touchdowns in the Red Wolves' 67-50 road victory over ULM this past Saturday.

Justice Hansen accounted for 430 yards of total offense and three touchdowns to lead the Arkansas State football team to a 47-3 victory over the University of Louisiana-Lafayette Thursday night before a nationally-televised game on ESPNU.
