UConn senior Jeff Wight (Coquitlam, British Columbia) scored a power play goal in the second but Boston College answered with a shorthanded score and a power play goal of their own in the period to come away with a 2-1 Hockey East win Tuesday night at Kelley Rink.

The excitement of facing an SEC opponent faded quickly after the UConn football team took a 2-0 lead on Missouri Saturday night at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field.

Redshirt senior linebacker Junior Joseph, freshman defensive back Brayden Brown and senior defensive back Jamar Summers have all been able to come to the mutual understanding that confidence is what has been the driving force behind the defense and the success they have had these past couple of weeks.
