Army Football Will Kick Off Spring Practice March 21st

The Army West Point football team will start spring practice on Tuesday, March 21, and is hosting 14 practices leading up to the annual spring game on Saturday, April 15.

Head coach Jeff Monken leads the Black Knights into his fourth season at the helm. Army reached eight wins in 2016 for the first time in 20 years. The Black Knights won their first bowl game since 2010 and defeated Navy for the first time in 15 years.

Army will be holding its practices at Foley Athletic Center and Howze Field before convening at Michie Stadium for the spring game.

The Black Knights open the 2017 season at home under the lights on Sept. 1 against Fordham. The Cadets are also welcoming Buffalo, UTEP, Eastern Michigan, Temple and Duke.

All practices are open to the public and free of charge. Dates and times are subject to change. All practice times are TBA.
