The No. 11 Ole Miss baseball team used a two-out rally to score six runs in the sixth inning on its way to a 9-6 victory over No. 19 Kentucky Thursday night at Cliff Hagan Stadium. With the win, the Rebels (15-7, 3-1 SEC) snapped the Wildcats' (16-7, 3-1 SEC) eight-game winning streak and gave them their first loss in conference play.

South Carolina sophomore right-hander Graham Lawson pitched five scoreless innings and combined with relievers John Parke, Reed Scott and Colie Bowers for a five-hit shutout and a three-run fifth inning led fourth ranked South Carolina (15-5) defeated Charleston Southern (11-7) 3-0 on Wednesday night at Founders Park.

The National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) announced the 2016-17 NABC Division I All-District teams and coaches on Wednesday morning. SEC Player of the Year Sindarius Thornwell was selected to the District 21 First Team. It is the first career All-District honor for the standout senior guard.

A strong performance from the bullpen and a late-inning rally were not enough for the Mississippi State baseball team Tuesday night. Down by six runs, the Bulldogs rallied late, before falling 7-5 to in-state rival Southern Mississippi at Trustmark Park.

Mizzou Baseball pushed its national-best winning streak to 20 games after defeating Little Rock, 11-8, Tuesday night at Taylor Stadium. Mizzou's 20-game winning streak is the second-longest in school history and Mizzou is now in sole possession of the nation's longest active winning streak after Louisville lost to Cincinnati Tuesday.
