With a 6-0 start in SEC play, Georgia has clinched the Eastern Division title and will make its first appearance in the SEC Championship Game since 2012.

Senior tailback Nick Chubb rushed for over 100 yards and freshman quarterback Jake Fromm hit 16-of-22 passes for 196 yards and two touchdowns to lead the No. 1 Georgia Bulldogs past South Carolina, 24-10, Saturday at Sanford Stadium.

Mizzou Football (3-5 overall, 0-4 in Southeastern Conference play), begins the final month of the 2017 regular season this Saturday as it plays host to the Florida Gators (3-4, 3-3) at Faurot Field/Memorial Stadium. Kickoff for the game is set for 11 a.m. (CT), and will be televised on ESPN 2.

Mizzou Football junior QB Drew Lock (Lee's Summit, Mo.) has been named a Manning Award Star of the Week for the second consecutive Monday, announced by the Manning Award committee and the Sugar Bowl. Lock is coming off of a 377-yard outing in a 52-12 win at UConn. He turned in the school's third-best completion percentage ever in a single game (31-for-37, 83.8 percent) and the best ever with more than 30 completions. Lock also threw five TDs and zero interceptions Saturday as he has helped Mizzou win its last two games.

The excitement of facing an SEC opponent faded quickly after the UConn football team took a 2-0 lead on Missouri Saturday night at Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field.
