(BCSNN) — Kansas outfielder Tyson Owens, Arizona right‑hander Luc Fladda and UCF right‑hander Camden Wicker were named Big 12 Baseball Players of the Week for Week 11 of the 2026 season, the conference announced.

Owens claimed both Player of the Week and Newcomer of the Week after powering Kansas to a perfect 4–0 week, including a win over then‑No. 20 Nebraska and a three‑game sweep at Kansas State. The sophomore hit .625 (10-for-16) with nine runs, seven RBIs, three home runs and a double, posting a 1.250 slugging percentage and 1.934 OPS. He recorded multiple hits in every game, homered in three straight contests and delivered two of the week’s biggest swings — a game‑tying homer against Nebraska and a go‑ahead blast in the series finale in Manhattan. His performance helped Kansas secure its first three‑game sweep at Kansas State since 1963 and extend its program‑record sixth straight Big 12 series win.

Fladda earned Co‑Pitcher of the Week after delivering a career outing in Arizona’s 6–0 shutout of BYU. The senior struck out a career‑high 11 batters, allowed six hits, issued no walks and kept BYU scoreless through 6.2 innings. His performance marked just the third time this season the Cougars were shut out and tied for the second‑most strikeouts by any Big 12 pitcher this week.

Wicker shared Co‑Pitcher of the Week honors after throwing a complete‑game shutout in UCF’s 10–0 win over Utah, clinching a series sweep for the Knights. The junior allowed only two hits across 7.0 innings, striking out five with two walks and finishing with a 0.57 WHIP, the third‑best mark in the conference for the week. He faced the minimum in three innings and permitted just four baserunners overall. It was the first complete‑game shutout of his career and UCF’s first since April 22, 2025. Wicker becomes the fifth Big 12 pitcher to throw a complete game this season.
