Charlotte Men's Basketball Head Coach Aaron Fearne announced the addition of Frank Oguche to the team's recruiting class for the upcoming season.

He comes to the 49ers from the 1 of 1 Academy in Indian Trail, N.C., and joins Jarne Elouna Eyenga in Charlotte's group of newcomers to the collegiate ranks. The pair is included in a group of 11 new faces coming to the Queen City for the upcoming campaign.

Oguche increased his scoring average each year with 1 of 1 Academy, led by his 10.3 points per game last season. He added 3.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game after coming to the states from Melbourne, Australia.

"Frank showcased a lot of skills, and we're excited to see him develop here," Fearne said. "He has the size to do a lot of different things for a team, we were thrilled to add him to the young players already on the team."
