(BCSNN) — Lamar Wilkerson delivered one of the most dominant performances of the Big Ten season, scoring 41 points to lead Indiana to a 92–74 win over Oregon on Monday night at Simon Skjodt Assembly Hall.

The senior guard has now scored 169 points over his last six games as the Hoosiers improved to 17–8 overall and 8–6 in conference play.

Wilkerson overcame an 0‑for‑5 start to finish with 16 first‑half points and 25 more after halftime. His scoring stretch included threes, mid‑range jumpers, drives, and late‑clock shots, prompting head coach Darian DeVries to call it “as impressive a second half performance as I’ve seen.”

Tucker DeVries added 15 points and seven assists, Sam Alexis scored 16 with five rebounds, and Nick Dorn contributed 11. Indiana shot 60 percent from the field, 41 percent from three, and posted 22 assists against nine turnovers.

Wilkerson credited teammates and coaches for putting him in rhythm. “It was my teammates finding me; coaches drawing up plays,” he said. “One fell and the rest happened.”

Oregon (8–16, 1–12 Big Ten) had no answer defensively. The Ducks opened with a 6–0 lead, but Indiana quickly settled in. A series of Wilkerson baskets and free throws helped the Hoosiers build a 36–30 halftime advantage. IU opened the second half with a 10‑point lead and pushed the margin to 20 with six minutes remaining.

The night also featured a celebration of Indiana’s undefeated 1976 national championship team, including the announcement that a bronze statue of Hall of Fame coach Bob Knight will be installed at Assembly Hall. DeVries called the recognition “well deserved.”

The game marked a reunion between DeVries and Oregon coach Dana Altman, who hired him at Creighton 25 years ago. “It was special to share that sideline moment with him,” DeVries said.

Indiana has now won five of its last six, a turnaround from a four‑game losing streak in January. “Basketball is a game of runs,” Wilkerson said. “I feel like it’s our run right now.”
