Alabama football's Parker Brailsford was selected to the 2025 Rimington Trophy Watch List, as announced by the Rimington Trophy Committee.
Brailsford is among 40 preseason candidates for the Rimington Trophy, an honor bestowed to the most outstanding center in NCAA Division I College Football. Dave Rimington, the award's namesake, was a consensus first-team All-America center at the University of Nebraska in 1981 and 1982, during which time he became the John Outland Trophy's only two-time winner as the nation's finest college interior lineman.
Alabama has taken home the Rimington on three separate occasions, most recently in 2020 when Landon Dickerson was honored with the award. Former standouts Barrett Jones (2012) and Ryan Kelly (2015) round out the trio of past winners for Alabama.
