(BCSNN) -- For the first time in nearly a month, No. 16/17 Georgia Tech will leave the comforts of Bobby Dodd Stadium and head to Winston-Salem for a Saturday night ACC clash against Wake Forest. The Yellow Jackets (4–0, 1–0 ACC) are off to their best start since 2014 and just the fourth 4–0 opening in the last 55 years.

Tech’s offense has been electric, ranking 18th nationally in total yardage (492.3 ypg) and top-15 in both rushing (249.3 ypg) and passing yards per completion (14.29). Last week’s 9.8 yards per play against Temple marked the sixth-best single-game average in school history—just two weeks after posting the second-best ever (11.9 vs. Gardner-Webb).

Now ranked in back-to-back AP Top 25 polls for the first time since 2015, the Jackets look to extend a four-game win streak and continue their dominance over Wake Forest, whom they’ve beaten four straight times and hold a 24–8 all-time edge against.

Kickoff is set for Saturday on ESPN, with Georgia Tech aiming to stay perfect and Wake Forest hoping to spoil the Jackets’ early-season surge.
