(BCSNN) — Kansas quarterback Jalon Daniels leads the Jayhawks (3–2, 1–1 Big 12) into unfamiliar territory Saturday night as they face UCF (3–1, 0–1) in the program’s first-ever trip to the Bounce House. Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. CT on ESPN2.

Daniels, who ranks fifth nationally in passer rating (188.8), has thrown 16 touchdowns to just two interceptions through five games. He’s coming off a 500-yard performance against Cincinnati, including 445 passing yards and three scores.

UCF counters with a top-ranked pass defense, allowing just 129.8 yards per game through the air. First-year (back) head coach Scott Frost returns to the Knights sideline after a previous stint from 2016–17. Quarterback Tayven Jackson and running back Jaden Nixon headline an offense averaging 15 points allowed per game, good for 21st nationally.

Kansas won the only previous meeting between the schools in 2023, a 51–22 home victory. Saturday marks the Jayhawks’ first football game in Orlando since the 2003 Tangerine Bowl.
