Allen, Grosso, Madden, Regan and Smith all received their second straight first-team selection, while Brooks, Curry and McFarland earned their second consecutive nod and initial first-team inclusion.

Nominated by each institution's director of student-athlete support services and the media relations offices, the 2020 soccer academic all-league squads featured 131 honorees, including 20 representing with 4.0 GPA's. The first team was comprised of 119 selections, while 12 made up the second team.
