  • AAC Daily: Week 1 of the College Football Season Was Full of Shootouts in The American

    Labor Day Weekend has ushered in Fall, and it might be a chillier time of year in The American than usual; at least things are off to a cold start so far. In a week that saw all 11 AAC football programs in action, only Houston, SMU, Tulane, and UCF managed to come out with wins. It's also no secret that the American Athletic Conference is headed into a massive period of change once this season comes to an end. Three schools are departing, and six new members are coming in to fortify the league's ranks.
