(BCSNN) -- Arizona State men’s basketball will meet Oklahoma on Dec. 5 in Tulsa, returning to a neutral‑site setting where the Sun Devils have thrived in recent seasons. The matchup will be played at the BOK Center, giving ASU another opportunity to replicate last year’s success against the Sooners.

In the 2025 Jerry Colangelo Classic on Dec. 6 in Phoenix, ASU defeated Oklahoma 86–70, powered by a decisive 27–2 first‑half run that set the tone at the Mortgage Matchup Center. The 16‑point margin marked Oklahoma’s largest non‑conference loss since a 22‑point defeat to Xavier on Dec. 9, 2020.

Arizona State has been one of the nation’s strongest neutral‑site performers over the past two seasons, posting a 9–2 record in regular‑season neutral games. Those wins include victories over NCAA Tournament teams Santa Clara (Las Vegas) and Texas (Maui) last season.

Over the past four years, ASU has won neutral‑site games in Las Vegas, Maui, Phoenix, Springfield (MA), Palm Desert (CA), and New York, compiling a 13–6 record in that span.

The Dec. 5 meeting in Tulsa continues ASU’s trend of scheduling high‑profile neutral‑site contests — and gives the Sun Devils another chance to build momentum away from home and against a familiar opponent.
