(BCSNN) - Oklahoma State head football coach Eric Morris announced the addition of Rolando Surita and Raj Murti to the Cowboys’ front office staff. Surita will serve as chief of staff, while Murti has been named the program’s general manager.

Surita will oversee administrative, recruiting, and off-the-field operations for OSU. He brings 12 years of experience in college football, including eight seasons working under Morris at Incarnate Word, Washington State, and North Texas. Surita previously served as chief of staff at UIW in 2021 and at UNT from 2023–25. He began his career at UTSA from 2014–17. A native of Houston, Surita earned his undergraduate degree from UTSA in 2017 and a master’s degree from UIW in 2021.

Murti arrives in Stillwater after serving as general manager for North Texas football in 2025. He has seven years of experience in college football, with prior stops at Houston (2019–23), TCU (2024), and UNT (2025). At Oklahoma State, Murti will oversee roster management, revenue sharing, and personnel departments. He graduated from Houston in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in finance.

The hires strengthen Morris’ infrastructure at Oklahoma State, adding experienced leaders to guide recruiting, roster development, and program operations as the Cowboys continue to build under his leadership.
