Orlando "Tubby" Smith, who coached the University of Kentucky men's basketball program to the 1998 national championship and several Southeastern Conference titles, will have a jersey retired in his honor, Athletics Director Mitch Barnhart announced Tuesday. The official ceremony will take place Dec. 31 during UK's home game against Smith's current squad, High Point University.
