  • Northwestern University Introduces Mike Polisky as New AD of Wildcat Athletics

    Mike Polisky is the new Combe Family Vice President for Athletics and Recreation, Northwestern University President Morton Schapiro announced. Polisky assumes the role effective immediately. A Chicagoland native, Polisky has been the Wildcats' Deputy Director of Athletics for External Affairs since 2010 and is the 22nd person to lead the department in its 126-year history.

  • Utah Utes and Wisconsin Badgers Put Together a Home-and-Home Football Series

    The Utah Football program has scheduled a future home-and-home football series with the University of Wisconsin for the 2028 and 2033 seasons.

  • Madison Native Tarek Baker Named Wisconsin Hockey Team Captain for 2021-22

    For the first time since the 2005-06 season, a Madison-area native will wear the 'C' for Wisconsin men's hockey.

    Forward and Verona native Tarek Baker will serve as team captain for the 2021-22 campaign. Baker was one of UW's alternate captains in each of the past two seasons.
