    Ball State and Iowa have agreed to meet on the gridiron, it was announced Tuesday. The Cardinals and Hawkeyes are scheduled to meet at Kinnick Stadium in Iowa City, Iowa on Sept. 4, 2027.

  • Duquesne Transfer Leon Ayers III Signs with Bowling Green State Men's Basketball

    Leon Ayers III, a 6-foot-5 guard from Troy, Mich., has signed to play for the Bowling Green State University men's basketball program. Ayers joins the Falcons after playing the 2021-22 season at Duquesne. Ayers is the seventh newcomer for the Orange and Brown for the upcoming season, joining forwards Madani Diarra, Sam Towns, Rashaun Agee and Jamai Felt and fellow guards Anthony McComb III and Willie Lightfoot.

    Head Coach Michael Lewis and the Ball State men's basketball program added Kaiyem Cleary as part of the 2022 recruitment class. Cleary is a junior college transfer from Florida SouthWestern State and will be immediately eligible to play for the Cardinals in 2022-23.

    The Kent State men's basketball team (16-9, 11-4 MAC) picked up its seventh win in a row as the team ended Toledo's (20-6, 12-3 MAC) 13-game home winning streak on Tuesday night inside Savage Arena.

  • Toledo Men's Basketball Rockets Past the NIU Huskies in a Mid-American Blowout, 100-72

    Junior RayJ Dennis tallied a career-high 22 points, a team-best eight rebounds and a career-high tying eight assists, and sophomore Ryan Rollins also scored 22 points to lead Toledo to a 100-72 triumph at Northern Illinois on Saturday afternoon. The 28-point victory keeps the Rockets (20-5, 12-2 MAC) in a first-place tie in the Mid-American Conference with Ohio (21-4, 12-2 MAC).
