    The UTEP men's basketball team has landed gifted Tarleton State transfer Devon Barnes, head coach Joe Golding announced. Barnes averaged 13.0 points (14th WAC), 2.2 assists, 2.0 rebounds and 1.3 steals (15th WAC) to help the Texans compile a DI school-record 25 wins and reach the semifinals of the CIT.
